1. In order to be well aware of the maintenance process, measure first before disassembling the injector, sometimes you can save the valve set assembly! The injector can be repaired only by adjustment.

2. Remove the solenoid valve to measure the armature lift (standard value: 45-50um).

3. Measure the total stroke of the armature (standard value: 85-95um).

4. Measure the remaining air gap (standard value: 35-55um).

5. If the deviation is not large, disassemble the injector and replace the valve set assembly.

6. Measure the lift of the needle valve of the nozzle when removing the nozzle (different according to the horsepower).

After replacing the valve set assembly

1. Measure the lift of the nozzle needle valve to determine the thickness of the nozzle needle valve gasket (the horsepower is different).

2. Measure the total stroke of the armature to determine the thickness of the circlip.

3. Measure the armature stroke to determine the thickness of the hexagonal washer below.

4. Measure the remaining air gap to determine the thickness of the hexagonal gasket above.

After assembling the injector

The pre-spray is not suitable to adjust the solenoid valve spring force adjustment gasket.

The idle speed is not suitable for adjusting the spring force gasket of the nozzle needle valve.

1. Armature lift adjustment gasket (0.950-1.054) The difference of each piece is 0.004.

2. The remaining air gap adjustment gasket (1.21-1.38) has a difference of 0.01 for each piece.

3. Nozzle lift adjustment gasket (1.00-1.36) Each piece has a difference of 0.01.

4. The spring force adjustment gasket (1.00-2.00) of the nozzle needle valve has a difference of 0.02 per piece.

5. Solenoid valve spring force adjustment gasket (0.94-1.60) each has a difference of 0.04.

2. The lift has been measured (standard value: 35-50um).

3. Check the remaining air gap of the solenoid valve (standard value: 35-55um).

4. If the deviation is not large, consider replacing the valve set assembly.

5. By the way, measure the lift of the nozzle needle valve.

After changing the valve set assembly

1. Measure the lift of the needle valve of the nozzle and determine the lift gasket of the needle valve (different according to the horsepower).

2. Measure the over-lift and determine the thickness of the over-lift gasket.

3. Measure the armature lift and determine the armature lift gasket.

4. Confirm the remaining air gap of the solenoid valve.

After assembling the injector

If the pre-spray is not suitable, adjust the thickness of the solenoid valve gasket.

If the idle speed is not suitable, adjust the thickness of the needle valve spring force gasket.

1. Armature lift adjustment gasket, thickness 1.512-1.684mm, difference of each piece is 0.004mm, 44 grades.

2. Over-lift adjustment gasket, thickness: 0.985-1.145mm, each piece has a difference of 0.01mm, 17 grades.

3. Oil nozzle needle valve lift adjustment gasket, thickness: 1.00-1.36mm, difference of each piece is 0.01mm, 37 grades.

4. The spring force adjustment gasket of the nozzle needle valve, thickness: 1.00-2.00, the difference between each piece is 0.02mm.

5. Solenoid valve spring force adjustment gasket, thickness: 0.94-1.60mm, the difference between each piece is 0.03mm 2

3. Measure the armature lift and determine the armature lift gasket.

4. Measure the remaining air gap of the solenoid valve and determine the thickness of the remaining air gap gasket.

After assembling the injector

If the pre-spray is not suitable, adjust the thickness of the solenoid valve gasket.

If the idle speed is not suitable, adjust the thickness of the needle valve spring force gasket.

1. The armature stroke adjustment shim, 1.19-1.294, the difference of each piece is 0.004.

2. The remaining air gap adjustment gasket, 0.86-1.24, the difference of each piece is 0.004.

3. The armature total stroke adjustment circlip, 1.155-1.265, the difference of each piece is 0.01.

4. Solenoid valve spring force adjustment gasket, 1.00-2.00, the difference of each piece is 0.02.

5. Oil nozzle spring force adjustment washer, 1.00-2.00, the difference between each piece is 0.02.

Denso injectors can only measure and adjust the armature lift, the standard is: 45-55UM, and other strokes have been fixed at the factory and cannot be adjusted.
